WDO inspections service
A WDI Inspection (Wood Destroying Insect Inspections) more commonly known as Termite Inspections are looking for current evidence of termites as well as damage (current and previous). The inspector provides a written report which is sometimes called a “clearance letter” or a “termite letter” since most banks required to buy, sell or refinance a property.
VA, FHA, HUD and most banks require a WDI Inspection due to the impact on the structural integrity of the home. Damage from termites can reduce the property value of the residence, and cost homeowners significant amounts of money in repairs.
Infrared Thermal Imaging
Adding infrared thermal imaging technology to your home inspection can detect heat loss, moisture damage, air leakage and inconsistencies in insulation coverage. Infrared thermography uses a thermal infrared camera to measure surface temperature and can identify abnormalities within building materials without the use invasive testing.

Our Well Water testing ensures the well is in good working order and the quality of the water meets health standards.
